You can pay the invoice using the following payment methods: Apple Pay, G Pay , Mastercard or VISA card (credit/debit). Unlike bank-to-bank transfers that often require SWIFT codes, our invoicing system handles card transactions. This means you won't need to provide a SWIFT code for payment.
The 3% card processing fee is charged to you as this fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing international card payments. It includes expenses such as currency conversion, transaction processing, and associated fees imposed by financial institutions and payment processors.
To provide you with a clear example, let's say you have a payment link for $100. In this scenario:- You will pay $103, which includes the $100 payment amount plus the 3% card processing fee.
The card processing fee is standard for international payment processing services and helps ensure that international transactions can be processed smoothly and securely.
3D-Secure is a layer of extra protection that banks and merchants all over the world use to encourage safe, fraud-free online transactions 🌍 When a payment is made through a 3D-Secure card, the cardholder is required to prove their identity during the transaction process 👀

The expected processing time for the payment is 4 business days. This means that after the payment has been initiated/made, it will take approximately 4 business days for the amount to be processed and credited to the payee's account.
Please note that business days typically exclude weekends and public holidays. Therefore, if the payment is initiated on a business day, you can expect the amount to be credited to the payee's account within the next 4 business days.
Keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on the specific payment method, financial institutions involved, and other factors. It's always a good practice to communicate this processing time to all parties involved in the transaction to manage expectations effectively.

Chargebacks can be initiated under certain circumstances, but eligibility depends on various factors, including the reason for the chargeback and your bank or card issuer's policies. Here are some key points to consider:-
Valid Reasons: Chargebacks are typically initiated for reasons such as unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, goods or services not received, misrepresentation, or disputes.
Documentation: To support your case, ensure you have documentation like receipts, emails, invoices, or other evidence related to the transaction.
Prompt Action: Banks and card issuers often have specific timeframes within which you must initiate a chargeback, so act promptly.
Communication: In some cases, it's advisable to try resolving the issue with the merchant before pursuing a chargeback.- Consequences: Keep in mind that chargebacks can have consequences for merchants, potentially including fees and damage to their reputation. Initiate a chargeback only when you believe you have a valid case.
Please note that chargeback rights and processes can vary depending on your location, payment method, and card issuer's policies. Contact your bank or card issuer for guidance on initiating a chargeback for your specific situation.

The incoming, outgoing and maximum balance limit for the business account will be PKR 500,000. The current limits of Rs. 400,000 for personal account and Rs. 500,000 for business is set by the State Bank of Pakistan. We are hoping these are increased in the future. 💸

There’s a 3% card processing fee which is charged to your client and a 2% service fee which is charged to you. This means that if you were to generate a payment link for $100, your client would pay $103, and you would receive $98 (converted to PKR) in your account once this has been paid 💸

Your SadaBiz account is not a USD account. We’ve introduced an option that allows users to keep their earnings in USD, providing the flexibility to convert them to PKR when needed. This capability allows you to manage your finances more flexibly, holding funds in USD until you’re ready to convert them to PKR when you like.
At the moment, SadaBiz doesn’t facilitate direct transfers of earnings in USD form to other foreign currency accounts. It’s important to note that SadaBiz isn’t a foreign currency account. Your earnings in USD will remain in your SadaBiz account as “available earnings” and can only be withdrawn in PKR.
As of now, Sadabiz virtual card transactions are processed using your PKR balance, not your USD earnings. This means that the purchases made with the Sadabiz virtual card will be deducted from the PKR amount shown in the “Current Balance” section, not your USD earnings.
At the moment we aren’t providing physical cards to withdraw the amount from an ATM, but you can easily use your business virtual card to make payments online and you can also transfer out the amount to your SadaPay personal account or any other account you may have. We might launch an exclusive debit card to go with your business account sometime next year but we can’t commit to a timeline.
At the moment it isn’t possible to integrate SadaBiz with websites since this isn’t a payment gateway. Invoices generated using SadaBiz are for one time use only, and expire once paid 🙏
