We are looking for a Creative AI & Motion Artist who operates at the exciting convergence of classic artistry and cutting-edge technology. You may be mid-level in your career, but you possess top-tier aesthetic judgment, a profound sense of visual production, and a relentless appetite for generative AI evolution. 

In this role, you won't just be rendering traditional 3D/2D graphics; you will be pioneering the use of Generative AI to push our video production limits. Your work will be deployed across our ever-growing digital platforms, viewed on a global scale, and will directly influence how people and communities engage with our brand.

As a Sadanaut you will:

• Conceptualize & Animate: Artistically design, model, and animate high-fidelity 3D and 2D compositions for high-impact promotional and marketing campaigns, working closely with the Marketing and Growth teams.
• Drive AI Production: Leverage the latest Generative AI video and image tools to prototype, enhance, and fully generate hyper-realistic, broadcast-quality video assets at scale.
• Sculpt & Render: Model hyper-realistic 3D assets in Cinema 4D / Blender, seamlessly blending traditional compositing with AI-generated enhancements.
• Innovate Workflows: Actively experiment with new AI models and production pipelines, finding creative ways to merge traditional motion graphics with generative video outputs.
• Maintain the Library: Consistently build and organize a library of downloadable 3D assets, textures, AI prompts, and concepts.
• Elevate Standards: Turn loose design references and hand-drawn sketches into shippable, premium compositions while maintaining incredibly high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity.

What it takes to become a Sadanaut:

• Proven Hybrid Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both traditional high-quality 3D/2D animation and proven, exceptional video outputs using Generative AI tools (e.g., LTX studio, Google Flow, VEO, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway Gen-2, Pika, Sora, Stable Video Diffusion, Midjourney, ComfyUI).
• Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Cinema 4D, Blender, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects). Experience in ZBrush, Maya, Unreal Engine, or Houdini is a plus.
• Visual Taste: An undeniable, mid-to-senior-level sense of visual production, composition, framing, and pacing.
• Advanced Lighting & Texturing: Expertise in photorealistic texturing and lighting, specifically tailored for product lighting and stylized digital assets.
• AI Appetite: A deep curiosity and passion for AI evolution. You actively keep up with the latest developments in generative art and prompt engineering, always looking for ways to integrate them into daily production.
• Agility: Accustomed to going above and beyond while delivering highly optimized assets within tight deadlines.
