Why is this role important?

Investing is SadaPay’s next big step. You’ll build our investing business from the ground up and bring investing to our 3 million+ users, many of them first-time investors.

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO, with no direct reports initially. You’ll own the initiative end to end, working across marketing, product, technology, and finance, with support from legal, compliance, and operations. There’s no playbook to follow here, which is why we need someone who has already done this at a digital stock trading or brokerage app.

As a Sadanaut, you will:

• Define the launch proposition. Identify the customer segment, validate demand, and recommend the first investing experience we bring to market.
• Shape the investing journey. Use your digital brokerage expertise to design account opening, funding, portfolio views, order execution and withdrawals around the needs of first-time investors.
• Build investment partnerships. Evaluate brokers and other providers, coordinate due diligence and negotiate commercial and operational terms.
• Drive delivery across teams. Work with product and technology on requirements, integrations and launch dependencies. Work with marketing on positioning, education and acquisition, and with finance on pricing and unit economics.
• Get us launch-ready. Work with legal, compliance and operations on the right structure, permissions, disclosures and support processes.
• Own performance after launch. Track account-opening completion, first deposits, first investments, repeat contributions, retention and customer issues. Prioritize improvements using data and customer feedback.

As a Sadanaut, you will bring:

• Direct experience at a digital stock trading app or digital brokerage (required), in a product, growth, business operations or partnerships role.
• Personal ownership of a meaningful launch or improvement to the investing customer journey, with measurable results.
• Practical knowledge of brokerage onboarding, account funding, trading, settlement, custody and withdrawals.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, including conversion funnels, pricing, acquisition costs and partner economics.
• A track record of delivering with engineering, product, marketing, finance and compliance. You influence without formal authority, resolve dependencies and still do the detailed work yourself.
• Clear communication and an instinct for making investing understandable to beginners.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Pakistan’s capital markets, embedded brokerage, social investing, copy trading, or model portfolios.
• A finance qualification. This helps but isn’t required.
