Are you someone who thinks in captions, dreams in content formats, and knows exactly why something hits differently on TikTok versus LinkedIn? At SadaPay, we’re looking for a Digital Presence & Community Associate who can do it all, craft scroll-stopping content tailored to each platform, build genuine community connections, and manage our brand’s voice across every channel we own. This role goes beyond posting. You’ll own SadaPay’s end-to-end digital footprint, from Instagram Reels and TikTok trends to LinkedIn thought leadership, YouTube content, X conversations, Facebook community building, and Reddit discussions. You’ll know what to say, how to say it, and where to say it, all while keeping the brand unmistakably SadaPay.

As a Sadanaut you will:

Platform-Native Content Creation: 

  • Develop snappy, vibrant, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels each piece crafted for how that audience actually consumes content. 
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, hooks, and copy that balance SadaPay’s playful tone with relevance to each platform’s culture. 
  • Collaborate with designers to brief, create, and publish high-quality visuals, Reels, Shorts, TikToks, carousels, and long-form video content. 
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes and move fast to capitalize on moments before they pass.
Community Management & Engagement: 
  • Own day-to-day community engagement across all platforms, responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and story tags with empathy, speed, and the right tone for each channel.
  • Build genuine connections with our community; celebrate wins, acknowledge concerns, and make every interaction feel human and personal. 
  • Moderate and participate in Reddit threads, Facebook groups, and comment sections in a way that adds value and represents SadaPay authentically. 
  • Escalate sensitive issues to the CX team, coordinate on resolution, and ensure timely follow-through. 

Strategy & Analytics:

  • Contribute to and execute the content and community strategy across all owned channels, ensuring cohesion while respecting platform-specific nuances.
  • Track and report on key metrics reach, engagement, sentiment, response time, follower growth and use data to refine your approach. 
  • Identify recurring community pain points and surface actionable insights to Marketing, Product, and CX teams. 
  • Support revenue-focused campaigns (app downloads, product sign-ups, activations) with content and community tactics that drive measurable results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Marketing, CX, and Product to align messaging, tone, and campaign priorities across channels.  
  • Manage social support flows through tools like Sprout Social and Intercom, keeping queues organised and response SLAs on track. 
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base with community insights and frequently surfaced user questions.

What it takes to become a Sadanaut:

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, community management, or a related role, ideally for a consumer-facing or tech brand.
  • Strong writing skills with range: you can go from punchy and playful on TikTok to professional and insightful on LinkedIn without breaking a sweat. 
  • Deep platform fluency, you understand the culture, content formats, and unwritten rules of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit. 
  • A creative eye for what makes content stop the scroll, with a portfolio or examples to back it up. 
  • Data-driven mindset: you know how to read analytics and use them to improve, not just report. 
  • Community-first attitude: you genuinely enjoy engaging with people and take pride in every interaction. 
  • Comfortable juggling multiple platforms and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball. 
  • Bonus: experience with tools like Sprout Social, Intercom, Canva, CapCut, or similar content and community management platforms..
