1. Eligibility:

• The lucky draw is exclusively for SadaBiz freelancers who have not yet processed their first invoice.
• Freelancers must initiate a transaction and settle an invoice of at least $50 to qualify for one entry into the lucky draw. Please note, ‘Settle’ in this context means that the client has made a legitimate payment for your services and the money has landed in your SadaBiz account.
• Employees and family members of employees at SadaPay are not eligible to participate in the draw.

2. Duration:

• The contest runs from February 1, 2024, to March 14, 2024.
• All qualifying transactions must be initiated and completed within this period to be eligible for the lucky draw.

3. Entry Criteria:

• Each transaction worth $50 or more will earn the eligible freelancer one entry into the lucky draw.
• Multiple entries are allowed based on the number of qualifying transactions initiated by the freelancer who meets the initial criteria during the contest period.

4. Prize:

• The prize for the lucky draw is a MacBook Pro.
• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

5. Winner Announcement:

• The winner will be announced on March 18, 2024 (subject to change at SadaPay’s discretion).
• The announcement will be made on SadaPay's social media channels, and through direct communication with the winner.

6. Prize Redemption:

• The winner will be contacted via the number associated with their SadaPay account.
• The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.
• Failure to respond within the specified period may result in the selection of an alternate winner.

7. General Terms:

• SadaPay reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify entries that do not meet the criteria.
• The decision of SadaPay in all matters related to the lucky draw is final and binding.
• SadaPay reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• SadaPay shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or other factors that may affect the administration or outcome of the lucky draw.
• SadaBiz is not liable for any lost or delayed entries.

9. Data Privacy:

• By participating in the lucky draw, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by SadaPay for the purpose of the contest.
